Basic Four Process
Initial phone consultation
After you contact us, we'll schedule a time for a short phone consultation. Before the call, you may receive a short questionnaire that will help us better understand you, your space, and your needs.
Together we'll tour your home, office, or other space. This is where we ask questions and work to better understand how you use your space and how the space must function for your unique needs. We'll provide a few on-the-spot fixes and recommendations and schedule a time and date for organizing sessions. This is also where you get to interview us. Helping someone declutter and organize their space is a very personal experience that we don't take lightly. It's important that you feel comfortable with the people you let into your homes, your businesses, and your lives. This is why our consults are always offered at no-cost.
Hands-on organizing session
It's your choice whether to work alongside us or to provide us with instruction and leave us to work alone. Either way, this is where the magic and transformation happens. We work to not only declutter and organize your space but to do so in a way that's personalized to you. Donation removal at the end of each session or scheduled pick-up of larger items and personalized product recommendations are included. For those of you leading busy lives, we also offer shopping assistance at reasonable rates.
When the initial sessions are completed, we will design a customized maintenance packages to suit your needs.
